This is a legally binding contract between you (our loyal customers) and us detailing our promise to offer a worldwide delivery service. Please find below our delivery policy stating the delivery charges and methods we apply to each and every order made from our clothing store.
Delivery charges are calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process.
All charges are stated in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.

Standard UK £4.00
Standard UK: Once dispatched, please allow 2-5 working days.
(Not excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Worldwide: The Duty and Import Tax is payable by the customer.
If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us by email to email@example.com and one of our dedicated team will response ASAP within
48 hours of our office hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Anything outside these hours, please allow a long response time.
If any orders are returned to us, you have the right to request a re-delivery, but please be aware that we reserve the right to charge you the cost for re-delivery.
An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
You provided the wrong address for delivery.
Your address is not reasonably accessible, due to safety, intercom or gated communities with no working access.
You do not pay the duty on your package (Worldwide deliveries only)
