RETURNS

We understand that sometimes you want to return products purchased from our clothing store and this is something we are happy to do. We offer a 14-day returns policy to all our worldwide customers set from the date of the delivery.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

The product

The product can be either refunded or exchanged (expect products purchase under promotions, please see below) must be unused, in its original packaging and with its original labels still attached and all products that have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged in any way may not be returned under this policy.

Delivery

You are responsible for the delivery cost of all returns and cost that come with it are not refundable.

Promotions

All promotions advertised on our site are for a limited time only and any purchase made within that time that you wish to return can only be exchanged for another product.

If the product that you choose to exchange it with cost more, you will be asked to pay the price difference.
